The color is a deep garnet. Blackberry, blueberry, black cherry and plum fill the bouquet. In addition you will find restrained oak and earthy notes, hints of black pepper, black tea, smoke and vanilla. Ripe dark fruits coat the palate and the fruit, acid, tannin balance provides a full and rich mouth feel. Subtle oak and spice undertones add complexity and depth. Dark fruit, complementary spice notes, restrained oak and approachable tannins provide a well-balanced and lingering finish and medium to medium plus intensity.

The color is a brilliant ruby. The bouquet is full of dark fruit of berry and cherry and fig. There are earthy notes with spice undertones of nutmeg, cinnamon and white pepper. The palate is bright and fruit forward, medium body with layers of flavor. It is consistent with the bouquet plus a hint of vanilla. It’s complex, but not heavy with “jammy” nuances. The finish is rustic with lingering fruit, spice, oak and tannins.

This wine is an absolutely beautiful opaque deep maroon in the glass with a very smoky/earthy nose and a palate opening immediately to a deep plummy/figgy beginning. With a bit of time and aeration in the glass, the palate grows and deepens to the addition of campfire smokiness and an almost mushroom earthiness.  The wine is rich and deep and has a refined profile which is greatly enhanced by the winemaker’s careful control of tannins and acidity which leads to an exceptionally sophisticated complexity while remaining velvety and gentle.

Deep garnet in color, this medium-plus wine greets your nose with dark berries, spice, oak
and earthy undertones. The ripe dark fruits coat the palate and the fruit/acid/tannin balance
provides a full and rich mouthfeel. The finish is well balanced, lingering and smooth, highlighting
the rich blend of dark fruit, subtle spice and restrained oak.

The color is a brilliant garnet. The bouquet is bold and complex with dark ripe fruit of blackberry,
cherry and fig. There is subtle spice, leather, oak and cola aromas that add complexity. The palate
welcomes a rich and bright wine with layers of fruit and an enticing flavor profile. Medium plus body
that is well rounded with varietal components that are balanced and complementary. The finish is
lingering with a full velvety mouthfeel that is rich fruit, medium acidity, soft tannins and
spice/oak/earthy undertones.

Del Valle Rosé Sparkling – $34.00

Our Sparkling Rose, made of Pinot Noir grapes, has a beautiful reddish pink color and tiny bubbles. On the nose, the fresh aromas of ripe raspberry and cranberry are blended with delicious fresh summer strawberries. On the palate, the full sweetness of ripe raspberries is more pronounced as flavors develop in the second sip. Bright red apple flavor dominates on the finish which is boosted by a sweet creamy texture.

Del Valle Sparkling – $32.00

Sparks of brightness and a touch of sweetness, this sparkling reveals a nose of crisp green applesand Asian pear.

Waves of creamy white peach aromas are blended with flavors of delightful nuttiness and a hint of brioche. The tiny and long-lasting bubbles create a light mouthfeel.
