Blush in color, the glass’s soft hue hints at the refined experience to come. The aromas of roses intermingle with a subtle hint of white peaches. Fermentation in stainless steel allows this wine to showcase hints of strawberry, raspberry, with slight citrus. The finish is clean with fruit, floral and a delightful tart finish.

Del Valle Rosé Sparkling – $34.00

Our Sparkling Rose, made of Pinot Noir grapes, has a beautiful reddish pink color and tiny bubbles. On the nose, the fresh aromas of ripe raspberry and cranberry are blended with delicious fresh summer strawberries. On the palate, the full sweetness of ripe raspberries is more pronounced as flavors develop in the second sip. Bright red apple flavor dominates on the finish which is boosted by a sweet creamy texture.
