Sparkling – This California sparkling is crisp with a touch of sweetness. The nose is rich with pear, green apple, honeysuckle, ground almond, and a hint of brioche. The mouth feel has well rounded bubbles with a long finish. It’s a perfect wine for any and every occasion.
2020 Chardonnay – SOLD OUT This beautiful young Chardonnay jumps from the glass with aromas of green apples, honeydew melon and pears. Fermented in stainless steel this light bodied wine has an array of refreshing summer cucumber flavors with hidden layers of white flowers. Crisp and light on the palate, the focus turns to citrus, orchard fruit flavors and stone fruit while maintaining a good acidity. Soft and balanced this wine is perfect for a summer picnic, salads, seafood and lemon risotto.
2020 Reserve Chardonnay – SOLD OUT Our Reserve Chardonnay is a dry full-bodied wine with seductive aromas of lavender flowers and caramel popcorn. On the palate, candied apricot is interwoven with flavors of tropical fruits and sweet butter to add a delicious deep and rich mouthfeel. This wine has been fermented and aged sur lie for 9 months in oak barrels.
Del Valle Rose Sparkling – Our Sparkling Rose is made of Pinot Noir grapes, has a beautiful reddish pink color and tiny bubbles. On the nose, the fresh aromas of ripe raspberry and cranberry are blended with delicious fresh summer strawberries. On the plate, the full sweetness of ripe raspberries is more pronounced as flavors develop in the second sip. Bright red apple flavor dominates on the finish which is boosted by a sweet creamy texture. Enjoy with salty snacks and creamy risotto.
2020 Sangiovese Rose – SOLD OUT 100% Sangiovese. ALC 13.2 %. Livermore Valley. This 2020 Sangiovese Rosé is a lovely balance between fruity and dry. This bright pink color rosé sparkles in the light, with delicate aromas of rose petals and delicious notes of strawberries. The palate and texture is brought to life with the flavors of yellow peaches and layers of ripe juicy raspberries. In the finish, this fabulously crisp rosé shows hints of white pepper with surprising length and depth. Enjoy with an antipasto plate, seafood, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine.
2021 Sangiovese Rose – This beautiful Rosé reveals strawberry and raspberry fruits with notes of citrus and rose petals. The palate and texture is light and refreshing with complex delicate flavors. A hint of lime zest balances the ripe fruit flavors. The off-dry finish and lingering fruit create a subtle yet creamy richness. enjoy with an antipasto plate, seafood, Asian and Mediterranean cuisines.
2019 Grenache – This Grenache exhibits flavors and aromas of lush pomegranate and red cherries with a touch of white pepper and baking spices. The palate is clean and crisp. The finish has good acidic structure with very subtle tannins that will continue to develop for several years. Pair with stuffed peppers, herb roasted potatoes, hamburgers and ratatouille.
2019 Primitivo – This rustic beauty reveals aromas of jammy dark berries and cherry with fig, earthy/leather and baking spice undertones. It is medium body with layers of flavor that are consistent with the bouquet. Rich and complex across the palate with a long-lasting finish of fruit, spice and oak and very subtle tannins. Pair with pizza, mushrooms, hamburgers and pasta with grilled vegetables.
2018 Cab Franc – This Cabernet Franc reveals a rich nose of ripe red fruit, black cherry and cranberry with subtle earthy and rustic notes. On the palate, the acidity is balanced by the rich fruit and mocha notes. The finish is balanced with smooth tannins and flavors of roasted peppers and clove. Pair with braised short ribs, lamp, pastas, pot pie, enchiladas suizas and chicken mole.
2018 Del Valle Red – The Del Valle Red reveals a bouquet of blackberries and dark cherries and earthy undertones. The palate further reveals a hint of baking spices and black pepper with a medium plus body mouth feel. It has a bold and lingering finish of fruit and tannin. Great cellar potential for 3-5 years. Pair with big hearty meals. Beef stews, chocolate covered figs, aged cheese, meat loaf and pot roast.
2018 Syrah – 100% Syrah. ALC 14.1 %. Livermore Valley. This intriguing 2018 Syrah changes as you enjoy smelling, sipping and tasting this wine. After an initial fruit explosion, a second stage emerges where fruit still predominates, but spicy edges begin to appear. Then a third stage becomes apparent, where peppery, smoked meat notes become more dominant. With its medium bodied palate and silk tannins, this Syrah presents a liqueur-like texture of great purity. On the nose, some aromas of plums and blueberries develop along with perfumed violet, and hints of freshly crushed black pepper and herbs on the finish. This Syrah has the ability to age, and will continue to show for many years. Enjoy with garlic mashed potatoes, grilled meats with dry rub, grilled chicken and smoked ribs.
2017 Rosso Delight – A fabulous blend of Livermore grapes, 35% Petite Sirah, 22% Grenache, 10% Malbec, 9% Syrah, 8% Merlot, 7% Mouvedre, 5% Zinfandel and 1% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in oak barrels for 48 months. The nose offers rich layers of black cherry and dark plum along with warm notes of fig and clove. On the palate this red wine welcomes you in every sip with a splash of red dark fruit flavors, oak and velvety tannins. A universal wine that can be enjoyed for any occasion. Perfect with a burger, tomato-based pasta and dark chocolate.
2019 Merlot SOLD OUT – This is a lighter style of Merlot that is boasting a core of black cherries and anise. American Oak is well integrated in this wine which develops into a nice subtle vanilla touch. The nose reveals a nice aroma of cranberries and chocolate with a refreshing acidity that becomes the perfect partner for the Holidays. Similar in style to a full-bodied Pinot Noir wine, this noble grape finishes strong with a long finish. Barrel aged 20 months in American oak.
2018 Cabernet Sauvignon – SOLD OUT What distinguishes Cabernet Sauvignon from other grapes is its ability to deliver wines that drink well when young but also can age for decades. Ripe fruits, strawberries and blackberry together with its natural acidity from the long growing season of 2018, this wine shows a more elegant and classic personality. On the nose, the welcoming aromatics of cherries, plus the gentle tannins of this young Cabernet Sauvignon from Livermore Valley gives a gentle grip on mid palate and combined with its medium high acidity will allow this wine to aged well. (5-10 years).
2018 Luna Del Valle – SOLD OUT A well integrated blend of Livermore grapes, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Sangiovese, 12% Merlot, & 6% Touriga Nacional barrel-aged in oak. Medium body with rich layers of black cherry and blueberries with warm notes of clove, other baking spices and leather. On the palate this extroverted red wine welcomes you in every sip with a splash of dark red fruit flavors, subtle oak and soft, velvety tannins. Enjoy this wine with meatballs, tomato based pasta and chicken sausage.
2018 Petite Sirah – SOLD OUT This Petite Sirah aged in Oak, reveals a nose ripe black and red cherries. On the palate, the rich red fruit seems mature, which makes this wine taste smooth with a soft sweet texture. A hint of orange peels and chocolate notes create an exceptionally delicious finish. Enjoy with short ribs, beef stews, pork chops with cherry sauce and burgers.
2018 Primitivo – SOLD OUT It is the third-most planted grape in Puglia, in southern Italy. Primitivo and Zinfandel are siblings. Primitivo wines are very similar to zinfandel but with a rustic charm. It is jammy, with high alcohol, and chewy tannins. The rustic and earthy finish
of this wine are well balanced with the mid palate explosion of dark cherry and flavors of chocolate covered raisins.
2018 Sangiovese – SOLD OUT 100% Sangiovese. ALC 14.1 %. Livermore Valley. This light and fruity Sangiovese honors our family Italian heritage. Its light body and garnet color delivers aromas of fresh strawberries and blackberries. After an initial “fresh fruit bomb,” the wine opens spreading its wings and presenting your palate with roasted tomato notes and fresh oregano, thyme, and a hint of potpourri. In the finish, there are hints of wild mushroom. This Sangiovese is a chameleon of a wine, changing in texture and flavors over time. The wine will age gracefully for years and develop complexities that one might not imagine were possible. Enjoy with pastas, BBQs, pizzas, meat lasagna and rotisserie chicken.
